I built Single Founder Company because I was solving the same problem every solo founder faces: you have the vision, the drive, and the skills — but you can't do everything at once. Hiring a team costs more than most early-stage businesses generate. Freelancers are slow. Agencies are expensive and disconnected from your goals.
AI changed that equation completely. After spending time building with AI agents via OpenClaw and studying how large companies structure their teams, I realized that almost every business function — engineering, marketing, design, support, product — could be handled by a well-configured AI agent running on your own machine.
So I built the agent departments myself, refined them through real use, and packaged them into Single Founder Company. Every agent in the library is one I've personally worked with. The prompts, tools, and workflows are built around what actually moves the needle for a one-person business — not theoretical AI capabilities.
My background is in software development and product. I run Jagodana LLC, an independent company where I build, ship, and operate products without a large team — giving me firsthand experience in what it truly takes to go from idea to execution.
What I built and why
- 95 AI agents across 11 departments — engineering, marketing, design, product, support, and more
- Every agent ships as an OpenClaw-compatible .md file — runs on your own machine with Claude, Codex, or any supported AI model
- Built on the insight that "orchestrating AI" is the new "hiring" — and any solo founder can do it
- Each department reflects real workflows, not generic prompts — tested on actual projects
Writing
